I have lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 25 years now. I have 4 children, 2 graduated from the University of Florida and 2 still live at home. My wife and I have been married for almost 30 years, and we love living in Tampa. I understand the stress and pressure involved in purchasing a home, and try to make the mortgage process as easy as possible. I communicate on a regular basis with my clients and realtor partners so they are always aware of the status of the loan. My goal is 100% on time or early closing for every loan.
